Avi Schiffmann created one of the world’s largest coronavirus-tracker websites. Organized by country and state, it provides the latest worldwide statistics on the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases, critical cases, deaths, and recoveries. It is updated every minute and includes additional helpful information such as a Survival Rate Calculator. By late April 2020, over 600 million viewers visited the site. Avi was offered $8 million to place ads on his site, but he turned it down.
Avi explains, “I hope more young people get inspired to do something to help the world.”
